In the wake of Coronavirus pandemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on March 19 to assure the janata on the steps being taken to curb the outbreak. PM Modi has urged the citizens to voluntarily isolate on March 22, 2020, i.e on Sunday from 7 am to 9 pm. It will be a trial run to check social isolation in order to record the spread of the disease. The PM in his speech asked the citizens to promote the idea, and Bollywood was quick to join in. Soon after the announcement, celebrities took to their social media pages to hail Modi for this idea to prevent the spread.
Many celebrities tweeted about it and pleaded the netizens to follow Janata curfew. While Twinkle Khanna and Varun Dhawan applauded the initiative in their tweets, Akshay Kumar called it an “excellent initiative”. Ajay Devgn requested his fans on Twitter to stay at home and practice social distancing. Sanjay Dutt also took to Twitter to thank PM Modi and urged everyone to stay home.

If possible, please call at least 10 people every day and tell them about the `Janta curfew` as well as the measures to prevent coronavirus.
